	Principal Founding Member		Alex Nieroth is a principal and founding partner of Velocity Sports & Entertainment. Formerly the President of Clarion Sports and Entertainment, a division of Clarion Marketing and Communications in Greenwich, CT, Alex has thirty years of line experience in the marketing, promotion and sports and entertainment sponsorship marketing areas. He began his marketing career at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management followed by Richardson Vicks. His marketing consulting career began at the Connecticut Consulting Group where he became a partner and was responsible for its promotion agency before the firm became a part of D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles Advertising in 1989. Alex has extensive consulting experience in over 50 different industries from automotive to financial services to packaged goods. Alex received his B.S. from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia University. He lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife, Penny, and their children, Katherine and Christopher. Back to Staff
