Former AFL Properties President Glenn Horine has parlayed his consulting work with Velocity Sports & Entertainment into a full-time gig. His new title at the Norwalk, Conn. Agency is senior vice president in Velocity's Alliances Division, where he'll be representing properties including MSG and the Little League World Series. Horine, who's also worked at the NHL, will continue as executive director of Iona College's Center for Sports & Entertainment Studies.
